Story
Nirmal Properties & Investments is a 60-year-old legacy real estate consultancy, with a focus on original booking, resale, residential, commercial and plots. Though our primary focus is on Gurugram, we have successfuly managed transactions for projects in Goa, Dehradun and Delhi. The firm's forte is to identify highly profitable investments much in advance thereby, bringing real benefits to our clients. We are market leaders in our segment and till date, we have completed transactions over INR 5000 cr. Some of the brands we work with include DLF, Hines, Emaar, Trump, Conscient, Whiteland, Godrej to name a few.

Mr. Nirmal Kumar Jain, a first generation entrepreneur, is a true industry veteran with decades of experience and expertise in the real estate industry. With a reputation for excellence and a deep understanding of the market, he is widely recognized as one of the most respected figures in the industry.
Now he spends his time in philanthropic ventures and practicing meditation.

Navin Jain
Navin has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor to clients seeking expert guidance on real estate investments. With over 30 years of experience, Navin has helped countless clients achieve their real estate investment goals and continues to be a sought-after thought leader in the industry.
Navin earnt his BTech (E&E) from Manipal Institute of Technology and beyond his work in real estate, he is also a respected philanthropist and community leader.
Head - Strategy & Investments
Samyak Jain
Samyak is passionate about the confluence of real estate and technology and heads Strategy & Investments for the company. He has previously worked with Ernst & Young (EY) in Debt Restructuring and Insolvency Management, as well as Stablewood Properties, a US based data backed Real Estate investment fund.
Samyak holds a Masters in Real Estate Investments from the prestigious Cornell University, USA and a BBA Finance from Christ University, Bangalore.
